I took my dog to the groomer at Anchor Bay.
When I got home with him I noticed he wouldn’t open his eyes!!!
I called the vet and told them.
They said the groomer had gotten shampoo in his eyes and they checked his eyes and seen that they were red and very Irritated. They said he should be fine.
The groomer had him for 5 1/2 hours!!! When she brought him to me she never mentioned a word about what she did to my dog. They even charged me 50.00 and I left a 10.00 tip not knowing what they did to him.
It is now 3 1/2 hours later and still won’t open his eyes.
Anchor bay is a great hospital for your pets but I won’t ever go back to that groomer.
She even stayed out in the rain to tell me about her up coming surgery but never even mentioned what she did my dog!!!
Heartless and not taking responsibility for her mistakes.
I understand accidents happen but you need to inform the owners of what you did when you harm their pets.
They are a part of your family.
And the worst part is we are in the middle of a snow storm and I can’t take him back to get rechecked.
