My rugs came back yesterday from Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning and they're just gorgeous! They are just like new. This is my first time using them and I would absolutely use them again. They moved my furniture to remove the rugs for the cleaning, and when they brought the rugs back, they moved the furniture again to put them back. They even swept the floor beforehand! They were also very polite.
