This was my first time using Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. I sent an old oriental rug that had been damaged by house pets, and it came back appropriately cleaned and ready to put back in the room. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They were very helpful. They came on a timely basis. I would recommend them. This was an expensive rug and I thought it was damaged beyond repair because pet odors, but it came back looking like the day I bought it. The price was probably more than I expected, but again, I had used other rug cleaning options that were less expensive without results. I thought it was great enough that when they came, I sent them with another rug that was larger that also had the same type of pet odor damage.
