Cleaned but not clean

I had my 70 year old rug “cleaned “. It came back moth eaten and I had a local Oriental rug expert hand clean and repair. The dust and dirt remaining was horrible. I wish I could upload a picture of the dirt remnants. I would not recommend them at all. Awaiting refund IF they see fit.

Ms Downes, when you left your rug with us for 2 weeks there wasn't any moth damage. Moths don't destroy a rug in a two week period. The picture you sent us with the cat hair was taken in a vacuum cleaner canister and this was after you had your rug back in your home for weeks. Of course there is going to be dirt in a vacuum cleaner canister! We are sorry you are unhappy but we did nothing wrong in the case of your rug. We are never afraid to admit an error but in your case, we did not commit one.
