Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning is absolutely the best carpet cleaning company out there! I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past, but never again after the first time I first used Heirloom. Their service people who come out to get the rugs, are always very punctual, and show up right when they say they will. Plus, they go the extra mile for their customers. My husband is not physically able to help with moving the furniture, and when I told the person at Heirloom about that, he said, "No problem! We'll take care of all that for you!"

Sure enough, when Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning came out, they moved all the furniture out of the way, and when they returned the rugs, they put all the furniture right back where it had been before. That was so very nice of them! The rugs themselves came back looking very clean, and I would go so far as to say, they looked PERFECT!
