This was my first time using Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. We just moved here from Pennsylvania, and all our furniture had been stored in a warehouse. We had the Oriental rugs cleaned before we left, but when they unrolled the larger one it was covered with mold. I called Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning, and they arrived the next day. They were very prompt. The technicians who picked up the rug and the technicians who delivered it were very polite and efficient. They even laid the rug for me and moved another that was too heavy for me and my husband to move and place. I would absolutely use them again. The whole experience was top drawer quality, from start to finish.
