Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning did a great job. They took a rug that we had thought was impossible to clean and they brought it back absolutely clean. We had been ready to throw it out. It's an expensive oriental rug so we're glad that we can use it again. Their customer service was excellent and their pricing was very good. The only minor thing was that there was a lingering chemical smell on the rug when we got it back. But that eventually dissipated and everything's great now. This was our first time using them but we would definitely call them again if we need to.
