Overall, I had a fairly positive experience with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. Most recently, the company performed a cleaning service for a cotton/wool hand-knit rug and for an oriental rug. This was my first time using the company and I thought that they were quite friendly. When I received the rugs, I was a little concerned that one area looked really dirty. But one of the employees told me that he tried really hard and he did everything he could to clean it, so I appreciate his efforts.
