Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning

Great at What They Do!

We have worked with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning for a while now and have gotten our rugs cleaned by them multiple times. Overall, if we are talking about the cleaning services they provide, their cleaning is perfect and when we receive our rugs back they are always very clean. However, the process takes much longer than you would expect. The turnaround on the cleaning was about one month for each rug and I think that was a bit long. I really can't complain though, we never have any issues with them and they don't make any mistakes.

First, thank you so much for the great review rating! We appreciate your review and comments. The information regarding the long turnaround prompted me to ask our service manager why it took so long. From his comments it seems we had your rug ready in two weeks but had difficulty getting back in touch with you for the delivery. It was on our truck for delivery at one point when we spoke to your daughter. If we could have done anything better to improve our communication, please let us know. Again, your trust in our services is greatly appreciated!!!
