I was extremely pleased with the guys who came from Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning to pick up the rugs and bring them back. They did a pretty good job, but there was one stain that was very hard to get out and I was hoping it would have been taken care of better. The pricing was a little bit on the high side, but otherwise it was pretty reasonable. We just moved here from New Orleans so we are very glad that we found them. We will be passing their name on to our decorator who was not familiar with a place to send fine rugs for cleaning.
