I am extremely satisfied with Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning. They were absolutely wonderful. The carpets came out so beautiful. When I walk on them now it feels like I'm walking on a new rug, they are so nice and soft. I didn't have any stains or anything like that, just normal dust collection over the years, but they look very clean now. Overall, it was a very good experience. Their pricing is not cheap, but for Oriental rugs, it is justified. Their customer service is good. They were very responsive and accommodating. I had to delay the delivery for about a week because we still had painters in the house and they were very understanding about that.
