Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning were great with cleaning some rug carpets I had that needed to be cleaned. My first time calling the front office was very pleasant, and they immediately took down my basic info so I wouldn't have to give it again later. They were absolutely flexible with scheduling the appointment. Their workers showed up a little late, but they let me know what happened, and they kept me informed until they arrived, which I thought was much better than just showing up late. They picked up my carpets, cleaned them, and brought them back in a timely manner. My only complaint is that, I have a big red carpet that's really old, and they did not trim the frayed edges. But in all, I have nothing bad to say about them. It was my first time using them.
