Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning did a fine job cleaning our rug for us. The hurricane was looming ahead, so we just wanted to find someone who would pick up the rug, do a fast but good cleaning job, and return it. I appreciated that Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning stuck to the timeframe they promised us. They picked it up just when they said, and the delivered it the same way. The work itself was done well and the rug looked good. My only complaint would be that they didn't quite center it under the bed. Their pricing was also a little on the expensive side. But their service was professional and efficient, the rug looked good and I'm happy with their service.
