It was pretty easy to decide which company I was going to use when it came time for my move. In the past year Embrey's has moved my Grandfather, Mother and Aunt. Now Steve can also add me to his list of satisfied customers. From the initial phone conversation with Steve to the actual move, words can't express how pleased I am with this experience. The movers showed up on time and were ready to go to work as soon as they got out of the truck. The crew leader Justin was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed as the move progressed. I can honestly say that I have never seen 3 people work so hard in my life. The crew worked from 8:30 AM until 2:00 AM, now that's what I call customer service! They did such a great job that I've already scheduled an upcoming move for my office. Kudos to Embrey's for going above and beyond !
