Ms. Kaw,

While we appreciate and welcome ALL feedback from our customers, whether good, bad, or indifferent. We do expect and assume this feedback to be whole and factual, as this helps us to continue the practices that work best for our customers and their needs, as well as improve in the areas that do not.

The fact that nearly a month after your relocation with no previous correspondence, phone calls, or claims of damage during or after your move, it is puzzling why you would pursue an negative online campaign against our company, our movers, and our services on multiple platforms across the internet. With that being said, I will gladly take this time to set the record straight.

We did in fact relocate your entire 4 bedroom home within an 8-hour time frame. Including the contents of your garage, shelving units, freezer, bicycles, tools, yard tools, washer and dryer, and so on. All while staying CDC compliant and wearing masks as well as booties, that you not only requested we wear but, that we change nearly every trip to and from the truck to your tile floored homes. Which we were happy to oblige..
The "boxes and containers" you stated "were not unwrapped" were actually laundry baskets stuffed with your belongings. We did wrap those items in order to keep them clean and dust-free, as well as to keep them from falling out of the baskets you chose to use as "Moving Boxes." We do apologize for not removing that plastic wrap and for the obvious inconvenience this presented to you.
Furthermore, you chose to follow the movers with disinfectant and spray them and your belongings while going into your new home (absolutely appalling behavior) as YOU chose to relocate during the pandemic and clearly were not handling the stress of the situation during these trying COVID-19 times.

In short, Ms. Kaw, YOU, and YOUR actions alone are the ONLY thing that made your relocation "stressful or exhausting." Ultimately this is neither something within our ability to change nor is it a shortcoming of ours as a company.
