Unfortunately, I have had to take my same car with the same damage to my rear bumper to Vintage Auto Body three times in the past 6 years. I must have a "hit me" sign on the back of my car that I'm not aware of. ;-) All three of my visits to Vintage have been nothing but 5-star, from the Customer Service (Rob and Scott are awesome) to the completed work on my car. I am an extremely particular person who can zoom in on any minutiae of an issue, but with Vintage Auto, I rarely find any issues on the final repair. On the few times I have found a few problems, Vintage was VERY QUICK to fix them, including this last repair in which we left the car and expected to have to leave it overnight, but we barely had time to get a hamburger when I got the call that the car was ready. I'm also a stickler when it comes to paint matching. My car is white and I can see subtle differences in paint (a blue white vs. a yellow white vs. a green white). The first job Vintage did on my car ended with a subtle white mismatch. I was the only one who could see it...but, Rob (owner) was VERY GRACIOUS to have the team REPAINT the bumper to my satisfaction. The third visit, Scott caught the subtle difference before even showing me the vehicle and had the team REPAINT it before I even knew there was a subtle difference. I REALLY APPRECIATE Vintage Auto for so many reasons, including working with me on a cash price for this last repair. AMAZING!!! It is hard for me to trust any business, and if I have any small issue with a business, I am not one to do business with them a second time. On the contrary with Vintage. I have taken my vehicle to them 3 times in the past 6 years...that is saying something. TRUST in the people and TRUST in the quality of workmanship keeps me coming back to Vintage. Thank you, Vintage, for making my car look brand new....AGAIN...and AGAIN...and AGAIN!!! :-)
