Have had my Mercedes with Vintage for collision repairs multiple times over the past several years. I‘m glad there’s a shop in SLO that‘s able to do superlative work on luxury vehicles; I‘ve always been completely satisfied with the repairs done there.

What‘s better than ever is that Vintage has apparently made a great - and successful - effort to improve communication regarding the state and timeline for repairs. One can now check online to see repair progress photos and the shop‘s verbal communication regarding estimated completion date has greatly improved. The two issues immediately above were the only sources of discomfort I‘d experienced with my past dealings with Vintage. Both issues have been thoughtfully and efficiency resolved now, so I can easily rate my latest experience with the shop as superlative.

Additionally, my vehicle was nicely cleaned and detailed before it was returned to me. Very nice!
