We are very happy with our new single hung vinyl windows. Phillip Wright presented the product professionally and never tried to pressure us into buying anything. We were able to drive by and see other homes in the area where they installed windows. In a couple of cases we were able to talk to other customers to get feedback. The installers were very good, helpful, and considerate in every aspect. They did not use a hammer to break out the old window glass, but instead used a torch to loosen the glass from the mastic when necessary, and carefully removed the old windows. They kept everything clean, moved furniture, removed and replaced all blinds. These guys are the best. We received estimates from 3 different companies, and we believed we made a very wise choice.
