I have two very large windows that are at least six feet wide and six feet tall. They both have blinds on them. One of the windows doesn't open or close, so that one has one blind. The other window opens and closes, and that one has two blinds on it.
When the installers were done with the windows, they mixed up the blinds and put them back on the wrong windows. It was something I didn't notice until after they had gone. I called the office to ask them to come back and re-install the blinds correctly. My husband and I are in our seventies and can't manage the weight of the very large blinds ourselves. The lady on the phone said that the next time they're in the area, they will stop by. So far, no one has called or shown up. It's been over a month. If I have to pay someone to come out and switch them, I won't be happy. It has left me with some mixed feelings. Otherwise, the windows are beautiful. I'm very happy with everything except for the blinds that are reversed. All they have to do is call me.
