AWP Advanced Window Products did excellent work for us and I would rate them the highest hands down. The person who came out in the initial phase of the job, Phillip, was extremely professional, knew his products, and wasn't pushy. He was very impressive. Their pricing is comparable. Their customer service is good and they are very responsive. Once the product was installed, there were a couple of things that they had to come back to tweak a little. They were minor things but we did have to call them back twice. They were here within 24 to 48 hours. I appreciated that because they're located on the other side of the city. The installation itself went fine. The technicians were professional and got the job done well. Philip had said it would take one day, while Mike had said two days, but they finished the work in one day. So far they have done everything exactly as they have promised, in a timely and professional manner, dealing with all follow up work in a reasonable length of time. I recommend them highly and I hope that this great working relationship continues.
