I had a vehicle that no one wanted to fix because they said it couldn't be done, I had this car for a long time and the engine stopped working. I took it to at least six shops and everyone said I would be wasting my money on fixing it, so I bought a new van. I was driving by Hayward Auto Care and asked if they could do a check up on the van to see if there were any problems since it was a used vehicle. I told the mechanic about my other van with the broken engine and Ken told me to bring the van in and he would take a look at it.
Ken checked it out and told me what was wrong with it and that he could fix it. I couldn't believe it because no one else could find the problem so Ken told me he would fix it and if it stopped working within a month, he wouldn't charge me a dime. I was skeptical, but I couldn't say no so I let Ken work on the car and he was able to fix it. The car is running again and I'm definitely bringing all my vehicles to Hayward Auto Care from now on.
It's a family oriented business and everyone there is really friendly and knowledgeable. Ken was able to do what no other mechanic would do and that alone is why I would recommend them. I spent at least $6000 on my vehicle at other auto shops and it eventually broke down because they didn't know what they were doing. Hayward Auto Shop fixed it and didn't overcharge me. I trust them 100% and they'll do a great job fixing your car.
