I've always gone to my chrysler dealership close to my area but have alway felt I was being ripped a new one if you know what I mean. I was in a predicament where my upper radaitor hose burst which lefted me standed in Hayward, this momment I began weighting the pros & cons. After speaking to ken I felt reasured that everything was going to be ok. I got my car over to ken shop that very same day where I experience excellent customer service from start to finish. Great work my car runs great its like new.
