My son's BMW would $@!#% and just cut off while being driven. I contacted my uncle who lives out of state and because he is a mechanic and has a BMW I wanted to get his advise on what the problem could be. He informed me it sounded like fuel injectors - I took his advise went to several different auto shops and was told all kind of issues and the quotes were outrageous. Finally, on a Saturday afternoon driving home the car just stopped and it happened to stop right in front of Hayward Auto Care on Mission- the shop was a little off the road and behind an auto dealership so unless you knew it was there you would pass it up. I asked Ken to look at the car for me and the next day he calls tells me it was my fuel injectors and the quote was great. That was about 3 years ago and now my entire family goes to Ken. Excellent service - Honest - and Genuinely great People..
