Long history of very good service. Professional, Honest, Upfront on pricing. The Mechanics are very detailed oriented. Have had service performed on various makes and models with no UNSATISFACTORY results! The price for a Manufactures , (HONDA), 30K maint. is VERY rerasonable. The difference between the the dealer's and Hayward Auto work. is the Price. I would have paid $200.00-$300.00 More at Honda.
I believe Ken does more than advertised. He has done the little things, (Adjust Drivers side Door)without additional cost. Very knowledgeable and friendly.....I do not take any of my Vehicles any where else.
