My husband goes to Hayward Auto Care more frequently than I do, and he just speaks so highly of Ken. Ken is so responsive and whenever we need something done quickly he's always available to help. He explains things well and he's nice and very fair. He's extremely trustworthy. If Ken says it needs to be done, then it needs to be done. I went in because one of my lights had gone out and he was able to get me in right away. We did have one problem that kept coming back again and again. He kept researching it and didn't charge us anything extra until the problem was solved.
