I have been happy with Hayward Auto Care. He's a good guy and he does good work. It does cost a little much, but then auto care is pricey everywhere. Everything seems expensive to me when I take my car in! Hayward Auto Care has topnotch customer service; the way they treat people is with courtesy and friendliness. The work they do is good and every time I have taken in my vehicle, an old 1988 van, I've come away with what I've been promised. He seems to know what to do and what parts to get with my car. He knows my car, and knows how to keep it running. Overall, I would say I'm quite satisfied. It's a well run family business and I don't regret going there.
