We've been going to Hayward Auto Care for about four years. Since we discovered them we haven't taken our cars anywhere else! We're really satisfied with the work they do and the honesty and friendliness of the people who work there. The main reason we keep going back is their honesty. We really feel they are an honest business.

The owner, Ken, is very accommodating. He always tries to squeeze us in if it's a spur of the moment need. We don't feel he gouges us at all. They don't do things that are not needed for the car, and Ken always suggests simple things my husband can do if there is such an option.
