I would absolutely recommend Hayward Auto Care. Ken is the best! He has always been honest, professional, and very knowledgeable. He's very upfront with telling me what my options are and what should be done first. He has never tried to upsell me and is just a great guy to work with. The rest of his staff is equally as personable and accommodating. I've been going to Hayward Auto Care for the past two years and have had no issues with them whatsoever.
