Hayward Auto Care fixed an engine problem on a 2001 Ford. I took it to several shops before, including the dealership, and nobody could fix the problem. He charged me a very reasonable price and guaranteed that if he didn't fix it, he wouldn't charge me. He fixed it! He even further guaranteed his work by saying that if it goes bad, I could bring it back and he would figure it out. He charged me $650 after I spent over $2000 at other shops trying to fix the problem. He gave great service.
