He is dependable and does really good work.
Hayward Auto Care is a little more expensive than other shops, but Ken does really good work. We have a really good relationship. Whenever I have a problem I call, and he gets me in immediately. He also gives me a car to use. I am pretty happy with the relationship, and I am sure he does that for everybody. I have been using him for about 6 years, and he is dependable.
