I can't say enough good things about Masters Touch. We hadn't had the carpet cleaned in our back bedrooms since the kids moved out years and years ago. Now that we are getting ready to sell our home, we realized we needed deep cleaning and stain removal. Quite frankly, I did not have high expectations because the carpet is so old. But at least I was hoping it would be clean enough to get by to show the home. I got home after they cleaned and was SHOCKED at how the carpet looked...like new!!!! There were a couple of really deep rust stains that they got 99% of them out. Masters Touch was very respectful of my home and left everything in perfect shape. I would recommend this company without any reservation whatsoever. And for me, that's saying a lot because I have bad OCD. I left them two pages of notes and everything was done to perfection!
