I have used Master's Touch in the past, but it has been awhile. I pulled all the carpet out and have hardwood floors. I had a sofa and another upholstered piece that needed cleaning. I called them and made an appointment for a few days later. What a great job Brent did! Both turned out like new. Very pleased with their work and the interactions with both Terri and Brent were great.
