We chose Masters Touch Carpet Care based on the feedback of its customers (something we rely one when doing business with unknown vendors). Our carpet was a challenge in that there were a few stains (coffee, wine) that would not come out. We had also relaxed our rule of no shoes on the carpets so there was a lot of foot traffic marks that needed to be addressed. Brett was very thorough and professional and accommodating with our schedule. The stains that were the worst are now gone. Very pleased with the end result. Brett made himself available for any stains that came back and stopped by and spot cleaned those for us. Would highly recommend and will use again.
