This was the first time I've had to deal with water damage (and hopefully the last), and I'm glad I was referred to Microtech. Brian, the president, was very helpful and walked me through every step, including dealing directly with my insurance company. He personally spent a great deal of time with me on the phone, and never once did I feel like a bother. His staff, Chance and Trena, were great as well!
