The tech showed up exactly on time, explained how the process would work, and quickly measured and provided the cost- which was what I had expected. He worked really hard- got gum out of the carpet that had been stuck there for years- and cleaned oil spots left in the dog's favorite spot. Very respectful and pleasant and professional. He even spoke highly of the company- nice to see someone that's happy in their job- and will tend to do a good job because of that. He moved furniture, and really did a fantastic job. I hadn't cleaned my carpets in over 8 years, and they look brand new. Well done. This tech exceeded my expectations!
