This was our first experience with American Chem-Dry and won't be our last! Rob was very professional. He called to let us know what time he'd be arriving during our 3 hour window. He was thorough and did a great job explaining the process. The results were great! We had a very light rug and stains that my Bissel couldn't get Rob did! Took a little longer to dry than anticipated, but well worth the wait. We are very happy and will certainly use the again for our carpets as well as our upholstry.
