The man, Bob, arrived on time, was very cheerfiul and friendly! Cleaned my rugs and my sofas and I must tell you that every thing was well worn, travelled and stained. Was I surprised and very pleased with the end results. Everything, rugs and sofas, were just beautiful and so, so clean. Let met sum it up this way...I was going to get new carpeting and sofas in the Spring. I may not do so because of what they looked like after Bob left here, and,
