The guys showed up 15 minutes before the end of my 2 hour window schedule. A shorter wait window is one way to improve service. The guys were great as people, the carpet cleaning was good. I wish someone had told me to vacuum my rugs before they were serviced, it would have resulted in a better clean I feel. Overall I'm satisfied with the service.
