I was happy with man and service but I have a puppy that I got in March & was trying to get the pee smell out of my family room & bedroom, but the service did not-it still smells. Dissapointed of course. People with dogs I have talked to recommended stanley steamer so will prob try them next time. I have always been happy in past with service prior to getting the dog.
