Likely not to use again.

Carpet did not clean as expected. Pile appeared to have a chemical residue which left the carpet feeling "stiff".

Contacted customer and offered three times to return to inspect and redo carpet at no charge. Customer seemed to think it was the process we use and there was nothing we could do. We explained that being in business for over 23 years this is not a normal complaint and we would appreciate an opportunity to try and rectify the problem. He said "No"!!
