Chris came to clean our carpet. He has been here on past visits. He notified us when he was enroute and expected time of arrival. Well within the initial expected time frame given for the appointment. He did a great job. He was so nice and professional. We've used American Chem Dry in the past and they continue to be our go to when our carpets need cleaning.
