Hi! Chem-Dry was here 7/14/25 and did a great job. The 2 gentlemen were friendly and engaging. They explained what they were going to do, how much it would take and about how long it would take. One of them remembered us from a previous visit, while they worked, I worked upstairs i my office and within an hour they were complete. They explained the rugs usually take 3-4 hours for them to dry but because of the weather-rather humid it would probably take a lot longer, The rugs looked great and yes, it did take longer to dry. We were able to stay off most of the rug but by the next morning they were dry, and they looked almost new! Thank you Chem-Dry.
