My two rugs needed a really good cleaning and Bob did a great job. He arrived within the scheduled timeframe, was very personable and knowledgeable. He went over some bad spots a few times, and even got playdough out. (Found out old coffee stains don’t come out, lol). I would definitely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
