Today Bob came to my house for the first time. He was extremely professional, polite and helpful.
The office made sure he was aware my dog was very nervous. The other company’s I used the technician was never aware of a dog in the house. I would always tell them when I made the appointment and they chose to ignore it.
Bob walked thru the house with me they gave me an estimate. There was no pressure to do extra services, he just explained them. I did choose the Fresh and Healthy option because of my. Dog.
Bob did an amazing job on all the carpets. When he finished I asked about other services they offer. Bob explained all about them. I decided to do the granite countertops and the area rugs. Once I received my estimate I was going to call to schedule them. Bob called the office for me.
My appointment is now next Monday.
