American Chem-Dry was the most affordable company I found. They were easy to schedule and responsive with texts and phone calls. They showed up and did the job as promised. I wasn't there after the job was done, but it was satisfactorily done, because the landlord found it okay. They excelled at pricing and customer service in the planning phase. They were the only ones who offered me a discount because there wasn't any furniture in the place. It saved me fifty dollars which is a lot, and they should advertise that.
