We have had Chem Dry in the past and are always satisfied with the cleaning of our rugs. This is the second time this cleaner (?Bob) has been here. He is thorough, courteous, and friendly. He asked whether our cats would be affected by his machines and their noise. He did a fantastic job cleaning our dining room rug which is where most of the cat "damage" seemed to be. Very satisfied.
