The carpet technician that came out for American Chem-Dry was very knowledgeable, and he made some good suggestions on what we could do about cleaning the indoor-outdoor carpet. He went through the trouble of helping me move some of the furniture as well. His level of knowledge is at an expert level. I loved the thoroughness with which he did this cleaning. I have used them in the past for other cleanings, but this was the first time for indoor-outdoor carpeting. He did an excellent job!
