I'm a long-time satisfied customer. The technicians were thorough, pleasant and courteous, didn't disrupt our routine, put protective plastic squares under the furniture legs, cleaned up after themselves, and all but the most recalcitrant old stains responded well to their treatment. The carpeting looks brighter and cleaner. The cost was about what I expected.
