Very happy with the service. I had a mattress and a couch cleaned. The mattress came out okay, but this was expected and discussed ahead of time with the tech that arrived. The couch, however, was a surprise, I didn't expect it to get as clean as it did. It is a 12 year old microfiber couch that had never been cleaned. It came out excellent, not perfect, but significantly better than I had hoped.

The care used was outstanding, the tech wrapped towels around the hose so that it didn't rub against the doorways and scratch or damage the walls. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better service.
