The only company we use to clean our rugs is American Chem-Dry. We've been using them for several years and they have always been dependable and on time. When they say they're going to be here between eight and ten AM, they are here between eight and ten AM. It's reassuring to count on service people who show up when promised. I'm in a wheelchair, so I need to prepare myself to answer the door and let people in. The guys from American Chem-Dry roll up the rugs, play with the dogs, and then go on their way. When the rugs are cleaned and ready to be delivered back, they are just as dependable as usual about showing up on time. My rugs get pretty dirty with the dogs around, so I'm happy when they come back clean and without that dog smell. We will continue to use American Chem-Dry to clean our rugs!
